I came to this beautiful country (USA) in 2001. In 2003, I entered the Real Estate Industry. From the start, I had been a good Real Estate learner, and over time, I had become a very successful Real Estate Investor. I own multiple properties in California and Internationally. I’d like to share my knowledge and experience with my investors because I want them to become successful like I had become successful. Last year, my Real Estate Team (My 2 sons, Saksham Ghai and Parth Ghai) sold more than 100 properties in the Lathrop and Manteca area, and my team plus my current company are doing property management for over 450 properties for my real estate investors. Our 2025 sales goal is to sell more than 100 properties. In 2025, until Nov. 30th, I have sold/under contract 137 properties. With more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate, we are the local experts in Lathrop (River Islands), Manteca, Tracy, and Stockton and are High Volume Real Estate Agents. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, as 99% Customer Satisfaction is unacceptable for my team. We are the only company in Central Valley with 400,000 social media followers. I am also the only Real Estate Agent in California with 2000 5-star reviews on Google, Facebook, Realtor.com, Sulekha, & Yelp!
I am proud to say that we are a traditional family. I strongly believe in family values. I have been married for 30 years to my beautiful and kind wife, Neelu Ghai. I have two very respectful and amazing children, Saksham Ghai and Parth Ghai. On top of this, there are three generations living in our homes, such as my wife’s parents and my parents, my wife and I, and our two children. I feel proud to take care of our elderly parents. I feel that when we are young children, our parents do everything for us and take fantastic care of us, and now that they are older, it is our responsibility to take fantastic care of our parents. We are an honest, hard-working, and ethical family.
In my youth, I had been an athlete. During my school time, I was a well-recognized Cricket player. I have been a national sports player for my home country of India. I have a sportsman spirit. As a good sportsman, I am ready to learn from my fellow real estate agents, real estate brokers, and any ordinary person, especially from youngsters as they are very tech savvy, and I learn lots from them.
With God’s Grace, I am a very healthy person. I firmly believe that everyone should practice meditation daily. I believe that as much as physical exercise and physical health is essential, so are mental exercise and mental health. A healthy mind makes excellent decisions for one’s own life and society.
I believe in doing Good Karma. As I have mentioned above, I am a very Successful Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Investor. We have helped more than 5,000 clients sell and buy properties and including our Property Management Services. Through our Real Estate Commissions, we donate 10% of our income to Charities.
