My name is Munish Ghai (Mike); I am the CEO of PSNM Real Estate and the Branch Manager of Homestead Real Estate. Real Estate is my passion, and my client’s satisfaction is extremely important to me. You can even say that I breathe Real Estate. I always treat my clients like my family. Based on my 5,000+ clients, they are all saying that I am very knowledgeable, hardworking, have patience and go the extra mile in my service to my clients.
I came to this beautiful country (USA) in 2001. In 2003, I entered the Real Estate Industry. From the start, I had been a good Real Estate learner, and over time, I had become a very successful Real Estate Investor. I own multiple properties in California and Internationally. I’d like to share my knowledge and experience with my investors because I want them to become successful like I had become successful. Last year, my Real Estate Team (My 2 sons, Saksham Ghai and Parth Ghai) sold more than 100 properties in the Lathrop and Manteca area, and my team plus my current company are doing property management for over 300 properties for my real estate investors. Our 2025 sales goal is to sell more than 100 properties. In the first 6 months of 2025, we already have sold 61 homes. With more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate, we are the local experts in Lathrop (River Islands), Manteca, Tracy, and Stockton and are High Volume Real Estate Agents. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, as 99% Customer Satisfaction is unacceptable for my team. We are the only company in Central Valley with 350,000 social media followers. I am also the only Real Estate Agent in California with 1600-plus 5-star reviews on Google, Facebook, Realtor.com, Sulekha, & Yelp!
I am proud to say that we are a traditional family. I strongly believe in family values. I have been married for 30 years to my beautiful and kind wife, Neelu Ghai. I have two very respectful and amazing children, Saksham Ghai and Parth Ghai. On top of this, there are three generations living in our homes, such as my wife’s parents and my parents, my wife and I, and our two children. I feel proud to take care of our elderly parents. I feel that when we are young children, our parents do everything for us and take fantastic care of us, and now that they are older, it is our responsibility to take fantastic care of our parents. We are an honest, hard-working, and ethical family.
In my youth, I had been an athlete. During my school time, I was a well-recognized Cricket player. I have been a national sports player for my home country of India. I have a sportsman spirit. As a good sportsman, I am ready to learn from my fellow real estate agents, real estate brokers, and any ordinary person, especially from youngsters as they are very tech savvy, and I learn lots from them.
With God’s Grace, I am a very healthy person. I firmly believe that everyone should practice meditation daily. I believe that as much as physical exercise and physical health is essential, so are mental exercise and mental health. A healthy mind makes excellent decisions for one’s own life and society.
I believe in doing Good Karma. As I have mentioned above, I am a very Successful Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Investor. We have helped more than 5,000 clients sell and buy properties and including our Property Management Services. Through our Real Estate Commissions, we donate 10% of our income to Charities. Here are the Charities below:
- Our Real Estate Team helps feed nutritious food to more than 200 people (Orphans, Homeless, Disabled Seniors) daily, 365 days a year.
- Our Real Estate Team supports a cause that feeds more than 1,000 birds daily, 365 days a year, and does Free Medical Treatment for Birds daily.
- Our Real Estate Team is donating to Children’s Hospitals to help do Eye Surgery for Blind People.
- Our Real Estate Team supports Warriors for Empowerment, whose primary mission is to help educate kids for their better future and for all of us to have better worlds.
- Our Real Estate Team supports Mitra USA for cultural events so our kids can know and stay connected with our culture and religion.
- Our Real Estate Team supports San Francisco Bay Area’s Silicon Andhra’s University for all youth looking for a better education.
- Our Real Estate Team supports the American Desi Society and more than 10 other Organizations such as Garba Nights, Diwali Celebrations, Guru Temple, Stockton’s Shiva Vishnu Temple, Tamil Diwali, etc.
- Our Real Estate Team helps Mental Health Patients through Mental Health Charities live a better life by providing them medicine, support, etc.
- Our Real Estate Team supports Goshala BJ Animal Care in Bay Area (Cows) live a better life by bringing them out of the slaughterhouse by providing food, shelter, etc.
- We sponsor more than 5 musical/entertainment shows in the bay area and central valley.
